How long does my order take to ship?

All orders, except for custom collaborations, will have a processing time of no more than 5 days.

Custom collaborations may take up to 14 days to finalize product list, ingredients, create batch and package.

Shipping within Ohio will be sent via USPS or UPS and may arrive in 1-5 business days within Ohio. Outside of Ohio may take 5-7 business days.

What is your return policy? 

Unopened and unused products are eligible for return within 30 days of receiving your product(s). Please, contact us for a return label.

Can I pick up my order?

Pickup at 2030 Plumb Lane, Batavia, OH, is available. A pickup day and time will be scheduled through email.
